Nidra Meditation: 4 week relaxation workshop
Learn the healing process of Yoga Nidra - a transformative practice of deep relaxation. Learn the steps to deeply relax your mind and body through mindful awareness. IRest Yoga Nidra programs are taught as a guided meditation. Students sit comfortably during the practice. Through instruction, homework and practice, you will learn to calmly rotate your attention through thoughts, sensations and feelings.
