If you are ready to dive into meditation, this group is for you. Learn to trust yourself, let go of trying to control things or resist things, release judgments, & sit with yourself & your emotions on purpose. Over the course of 8 weeks you will learn ways to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into your life. We will engage in an array of different meditations in group and there will be home practice as well. By the end you will be able to tune into yourself with increased awareness, compassion, gentleness, & care. You will learn to live with ease & acceptance & decrease stress.
