This 8-week program offers comprehensive support and skills for those grappling with depression and anxiety. Held every Friday morning for two hours, it blends evidence-based techniques from various modalities. Participants immerse in a nurturing environment, acquiring practical strategies to manage symptoms & enhance overall well-being. Each session targets a specific skill, from challenging negative thought patterns to fostering mindfulness for emotional regulation. Encouraging active engagement and collaboration, the group facilitates guided exercises, discussions, & experiential learning. Through this journey, individuals cultivate skills to confront life's challenges confidently & build a comprehensive toolkit for navigating their path toward mental wellness.
