MindCraft: Create & Connect (in person, youth)
MindCraft is a safe, supportive, fun place for youth ages 11+ to practice social skills and emotion regulation. We use expressive arts like writing, music and improv games to build focus, calm and confidence, and explore what living with a neurodivergent brain, a learning disability or related challenges means to us. We also consider how to make the most of our strengths and communicate what we need in different situations. Designed for youth with ADHD, dyslexia and anxiety, and those on the autism spectrum. This in-person group is on hiatus until early 2024.

Goodbye, Sunday-Night Blues (online youth group)
Anxious about the week ahead? You’re not alone. Start it on the right note with an arts-focused, therapist-led support group. Each Sunday evening, we build confidence and social skills while working through what's making us feel worried, frustrated or marginalized. Tools like neurographic drawing, bilateral painting, improv games and music are used to explore identity, relationships and strengths. Designed for youth experiencing anxiety, bullying, learning differences or neurodivergence (ADHD/autism), but anyone attending a Wisconsin middle/high school is welcome. Dane County CLTS funds accepted. Email for details (fees, schedule, etc.) or to start intake process.
