Midlife Awakening
As we move into our midlife many things change, many things end and there are also new beginnings. All of this transition can cause uncomfortable feelings and confusion; however, it does not need to. In this group we explore how your life is changing, the feelings, and transitions that are occurring, all the while being supported by other women. There will also be a skills portion of the group where you will be taught and will practice meditation, acupressure techniques and visualizations. This group can be as short or as long as the members want.
