Middle School Group
For grades 6-8. This group focuses on general and social anxiety for boys and girls in Middle School. As many are aware, middle school is a difficult time for children and social anxiety is very challenging and impactful at this time. In this group, members will learn about what anxiety is, identify it in themselves, and learn ways to overcome this obstacle. By learning from their peers, and having positive interactions with peers in a safe space, group therapy is very helpful for children with anxiety.
