Middle School is a pivotal time where kids start to learn about themselves through friendships, challenges, and experiences. This group is for girls entering 6th through 8th grade for the upcoming 2024 school year. The focus of the group is on building skills (social and therapeutic) to help deal with topics such as, but not limited to: Anxiety Peer Communication Perfectionism Leadership Emotion Regulation Positive Self-Esteem and more. Virtual Pet Loss Support Group
This inclusive virtual Monday group is open for all that have lost a beloved pet(s). Pets come in all shapes and sizes and are more than just animals; they are family members, companions, and sources of unconditional love that light up our hearts. This is meant to be a safe space to share personal stories, express emotions, and be in the presence of others that can relate. Grief is not linear, and this is an opportunity to heal together.
