Men's Support/Process Group - Thursdays noon
For all male-identified humans wishing to grow, support self and others in a safe, structured, facilitated group. How often do we get to be real and be supported in community? Come be a part of transformative sessions. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to accelerate inner growth. All sexualities encouraged, AND people uncomfortable with the word "man." Thursdays at 12:00 noon for 60-90 minutes. Mostly in-person with an online hybrid option. Limited to 8 members. Openings for October 2024. Message me for an initial call and to reserve your spot.

Men's Support/Process Group - Thursdays 6 pm
Meet with other self-identified men - of all sexualities - to process together the things that are really on your mind and heart. This a facilitated therapeutic group. There's something profound and unique in gathering with men to be authentic and garner support. We meet for 90 minutes, cap the group at 8 members, meet primarily in-person (with a hybrid online option), and have openings in July, 2024. This might be the best investment in yourself this decade.
