Men's Process Group

This group provides a safe space for men to share their stories and connect with others experiencing similar day to day challenges. Main topics include but are not limited to: relationships, anxiety, depression, isolation, and loneliness. Engaging in group work can provide relief from everyday struggles and offers an opportunity for healing. This is a process group which allows for flexibility in topic and creates an environment in which insight and connections can be built. This group will be starting July 2024.
