Men's Connection Project

Men’s Connection Project - a therapy group for men that will facilitate connection, community, and healing. In this group we will use sociometry, psychodrama, group psychotherapy, and other experiential exercises to help build safety, group cohesion, and create an environment conducive to process deep trauma wounds. Goals: 1) Identify the obstacles and needs blocking participants from the life they desire; 2) Introduce resources and strengths to empower participants; 3) Concretize the resources and strengths for increased self-care; 4) Exercise vulnerable connection in a safe therapeutic container. A new group starts every 2-3 months. Start date 6/14/22
