Meditative Breath
Breath is the most essential life sustaining movement. The main goal is to oxygenate the blood and expel carbon dioxide through internal and external exchanges that take place in the lungs. Since oxygen is not stored in the body, continuous breath is an especially important practice. Numerous and sometimes profound benefits can be attained by learning different activating, modifying and accentuating breath techniques. The Meditative Breath group will review and apply various methods of breathing that support a fuller, more relaxed and continuous breath. Links to positive psychology, meditation references, music playlist and free book is also provided.

Motivational Happiness
Motivational happiness is a branch of positive psychology that applauds genuine experiences of heroism and courage. Dr. Palamara believes that as stories unfold the storyteller and the audience is naturally inspired with self-confidence, self-worth, goal-orientation, motivation, support, happiness, and courageous. Positive feelings transpire as more connections of heroism are realized and shared with group members. Dr. Palamara is a supporter of Dr. Leo Buscaglia and promises to carry on with his legacy to promote and preserve important aspects of human nature such as nurturing, kindness, belonging, generosity, caring, sincerity, uniqueness, and a safe place to be vulnerable.
