Meditation has been found to help improve cognitive performance, creativity, focus, as well as improve mood, state-of-mind, blood pressure, and immune function. If you would like to learn how to meditate, or you already know how but would like to expand your approach, this workshop is for you. I blend meditation with traditional therapy techniques to provide a rich opportunity for self growth. TBD - seeking interested clients
