Pregnant mamas, this conversation and time is for you! Navigating pregnancy, whether it is your first or your tenth baby, can present unique challenges and shifts week to week. It's a lot to keep up with and if you're experiencing any irregularity in mood, sleep, intimacy, communication, pain (physical, emotional or mental), navigating the pandemic, etc. know that you are not alone.
