Do you often feel lonely or that your relationships with others lack meaning? Maybe you feel like your schedule hasn’t left you room to nurture a fulfilling social life. Or perhaps you feel too shy to “put yourself out there”. Lunch with Friends is a weekly group that meets with the explicit goal of connecting with other people in a meaningful way. The Art of Showing Up Social + Music Co-op
Are you one of the 73% of millennial adults that feels lonely, disconnected, or that your relationships aren't meaningful? This new group seeks to bridge the gap for so many of us that don't feel we have adequate social connections. Part relationship therapy group and part music group, we will create a space for you and your challenges while also making time to enjoy playing music with each other. Free Coffee Nashville
Every week a colleague and I offer free coffee and conversation to anyone who is interested in connecting (though conversation is not strictly required).
