Loss and Bereavement

These groups are for widows and widowers, parents who have lost children, adult children who have lost parents, friends who have lost friends and people who have lost animal companions. They are intended to provide a space for grief, the freedom to express oneself with unconditional acceptance, self - expression, support , and the opportunity to be supported by others who have experienced loss. Groups also provide the opportunity to experience healing through helping others with their pain. These groups are also offered to help provide and build community. These are not therapy groups, but are support groups that help facilitate healing.
