Living Beyond Anxiety is an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy based group that offers tools to unhook from anxious thoughts and feelings, increase your mindful awareness, and live for what truly matters to you. This group is seven sessions in length and will be offered virtually on Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m starting April 17th.
