Life Celebration
This group will consist of sharing stories and pictures with the group of our loved ones who have passed. No matter the label, all are welcome. Sharing our grief in a new way. All ages welcome spots are limited to 15 people due to space limitations. The next 10-week session starts June 5, 2023; Every Monday from 7pm to 8pm. Call, Text or email to sign up. Self-pay cost is $200 for the 10 weeks due at the first session or via the insurance contracts we currently have.

Social Anxiety and Communication Skills using DnD
2 groups: Group A - 13 to 17 year olds &Group B - 18 years old and above. In this group you will learn communication skills &self-awareness skills to help reduce social anxiety &build self-confidence. This group will meet every week for 10 weeks, space is limited to 6 people. Call, Text or email to sign up. Self-pay cost $200 for the 10 weeks due at the first session or via the insurance contracts we currently have. Group A will be on Monday's from 4pm-5pm and Group B will be on Mondays from 5:00pm-6:00pm.

This group will provide an open forum to discuss what you are angry about and be supported by peers. Therapists will provide coping skills and exercises during the group to assist in your day-to-day life. Next group starts June 5th from 6pm to 7pm.
