Late Diagnosis Neurodivergence Process Group

This is a six-week art-based processing group for neurodivergent individuals who were diagnosed in adulthood. Sessions involve art-making, discussion, and skill building. Weekly topics will include executive functioning, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and understanding self from perspectives that affirm neurodiversity.
