This group is for men ages 38+ who are grounded in the recovery process and now ready to grow deeper. Members support each other as they address challenges in relationships, family, career, life transitions, trauma, men's issues, and aspects of creating a new meaningful life. This is a therapeutic open group facilitated by a licensed therapist. Commitment to weekly attendance is required. Virtual and in person options. Members find the group quite enjoyable!
