It Takes Time to Heal (Grief & Trauma Coaching)
This 1 hour virtual group is designed for men and women who have or continue to experience trauma or grieve associated with loss (death, divorce, etc.). In this group, Dr. Buckingham collaborates with members and encourages an exploratory and learning space where group knowledge, concerns, strength and certain capabilities are discussed. The group's main objective is to bring down individual walls in order to create a pool whereby individuals can have access to the combined ideas, knowledge, passion and wisdom in the group. Participants will learn about the stages of grieve and gain insight into what it means to grieve normally.

This process-oriented group is designed to help parents address and resolve teen's inappropriate behavior. Parents will learn how to understand, influence and bond with their teens by recognizing the potential impact of their own emotional and interpersonal issues on their parenting style. A five-step empathy model will be discussed in order to help parents develop healthy and trusting relationships with their emotionally motivated teens.
