Intuitive Parenting
Intuitive Parenting is a closed group running in 6 week increments dedicated to parents of children 5 years and younger. Intuitive parenting describes the concept that your parenting doesn't start with a style, book or perspective. It begins with you, your partner and both your families of origin. Exploring and understanding where you naturally fall as a parent, what your temperament and triggers might be and how to learn the secret weapon to connective and authentic parenting isn't perfection but repair and reconnection.

"Becoming Mama"
"Becoming Mama" is a closed group offered for 5-6 soon to be moms that all share a similar due date month. This is to allow for connection in phases of pregnancy. The group is virtual and follows a packet. The group meets for 6 weeks. Ideally during the second trimester into the beginning of the third trimester. In the group we discuss mentally preparing for the lifestyle and physical changes. We go over some preventative measures as well as normalizations of the hardness that comes with a new baby.

"New Mama"
"New Mama" is a closed group offered for 5-6 new moms that all share a similar developmental age of their infants. This is to allow for connection in phases of the newborn / infant phases. The group is virtual and follows a packet. The group meets for 6 weeks. Ideally during the end of the newborn phase (3 months - 6 months). In the group we discuss the mental, physical, emotional and relational changes that come with a new baby. We go over some preventative measures as well as normalizations of the hardness that comes with a new baby.
