Children & Teens with ADHD
The aim of this skills-based Support Group is to empower children and teens with ADHD and teach them effective problem solving, healthy coping, time management and organizational skills. Group members will learn: Prioritizing and Completing school assignments + Regulating Emotions + Impulse Control + Reducing Procrastination + Improving Self Confidence + Delaying Distractions + Fostering Self Love and Acceptance + Navigating ADHD symptoms. As a result, students will find school easier and more fun, and develop social skills in the process. Overcoming Perfectionism and Coping with Anxiety
The main goal of this support group is to empower group members and teach them how to use new tools so that they can better cope with Perfectionism + stress + anxiety by utilizing CBT, DBT, IFS, Mindfulness, and Art therapy in a group setting.
