Interpersonal Growth Group

TELEHEALTH ONLY: Ongoing small group experience providing unique opportunity to work on issues such as low self-esteem, fear of revealing authentic self, and family-of-origin issues. Through honest and constructive feedback between participants regarding both strengths and areas needing change, significant therapeutic growth can occur. The group functions as a sort of microcosm of the real world and offers the opportunity to practice more effective ways of interacting with others. Also facilitates understanding of dysfunctional family influences on current struggles. Supportive arena in which to build confidence, empathy, and assertiveness.
