Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Group

IOP follows an eight week curriculum, accommodating members struggling with both psychiatric and substance use disorders, addressing a variety of topics related to mental health, addiction, and maintaining a balanced life, all from a holistic perspective. The group curriculum draws on principles of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy to provide a theoretical foundation for group process, psychoeducation, and experiential work. The program also includes additional support through weekly individual sessions to process the group experience.
