Intensive Outpatient Addiction Recovery (IOP)

In collaboration with CenterPointe Counseling and Recovery, I am the primary counselor for this ongoing 10-week group. We offer a variety of treatment strategies; not one-size-fits-all. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, 12-step theory, and other science-based interventions. The program recognizes that our history informs our present. Addiction is not a moral weakness, but an attempt to solve a real problem, be it depression, social anxiety or PTSD. We are a trauma-informed program. Helping folks heal in this group - one day at a time - is one of the greatest joys of my career.
