Inner Child Healing group

A lot of times there is wounding in our formative years that we have to adapt to in order to survive. Decades later, those adaptations may not be serving us anymore. This group in an opportunity to get back in touch with our little wounded selves and devise new coping mechanisms that function for us today. The ultimate goal is connection with all the aspects of ourselves and find balance and harmony working together. This group enables us to get back in touch with our inner children and allow them to play, shine and feel safe.
