Starting December 2019, We will be offering an 8 week group co led by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist which will focus on strategies for coping with the emotional, physical, occupational, and relational challenges that arise postpartum. Through education on postpartum hormonal changes and discussion of societal pressures, we hope to validate and normalize your emotional experience. This group will open when we have 5 members and close when we have 8 members

I'm offering bi weekly Supervision for Masters level therapists hoping to obtain their LPC or LCSW on Mondays at 7pm. I utilize DBT informed techniques and CBT techniques with my clients and in my Supervision. The group will meet on Monday evenings.
