In Your Feelings?
A 6-week therapy group for African American women focused on exploring the role of emotions and how they are uniquely expressed, understood, and interpreted for them. Topics include developing healthy emotional patterns, building self-awareness, exploring and better understanding intimate partner relationships, and validating experiences of "otherness."
