Identity Hijacked: Reclaiming Your Authentic Self

In a world filled with societal expectations, relational pressures, and personal traumas, it's all too common for individuals to feel detached from their authentic selves. "Identity Hijacked" is a group therapy program dedicated to those who feel as though parts of their true identities have been overshadowed or stolen by external factors. This 10-week journey provides a sanctuary for individuals ages 14-17 to delve deep into the exploration of their true selves. Participants will learn to recognize and confront the influences that have distorted their self-perception, while also embracing and celebrating their unique identities.
