Identifying and Processing Emotions: Teen Girls

In this group we explore what it means to be a teenager, particularly one growing up in New York City. We will process issues around, but not limited to: relationships to our classmates, feelings about school and college/the future, relationships with our families, relationship to social media, feelings about bodies and self-esteem. This is a group that meets weekly to enhance self-efficacy and confidence.
