I Wish I Knew This Before My Divorce Support Group

We've taken the most meaningful lessons from the acclaimed divorce book, "I Wish I Knew This Before My Divorce" based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and turned it into a 10-week support group for individuals who are separating or newly divorced. This group is for the person who is left (does not want to end the relationship) but is given no choice by the Leaver.
