Holding Grief: Loss of a Loved One
In this 8-week group, participants will be supported in moving through one of the most challenging and profound things we can experience as humans: losing someone close to us. Whether the person lost was a close or complicated relationship, group members will be guided with care and nuance to honor both the universalities and the uniqueness of each person’s loss. Grief work is sacred, and we will weave in a variety of experiential approaches to honor and alchemize the complex, layered nature of grief.

Coming Home to Yourself: A Women's+ Therapy Group
This group, “Coming Home to Yourself,” will support you in learning how to feel more comfortable in your own skin and take up space in your life. If you’ve been experiencing feeling lonely and discouraged, scrolling mindlessly to distract yourself, feeling stuck in your own healing and growth work, falling into patterns of people-pleasing, self doubt, imposter syndrome, and negative self-talk…then you have found your space. Examples of topics we’ll explore: self-worth, anxiety, trauma, body image, relationship with food, boundaries, spirituality, & deepening a sense of hope and meaning in a troubled world.
