Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshop

Weekend Workshop. Small Relationship Enhancement workshop (max 7 couples). Reconnect with your partner, break negative cycles that block intimacy, make sense of your and your partner's emotions, better handle stress and conflict, forgive each other, and restore trust and safety in your relationship. Videos of real couples; private, assisted couple exercises; and optional group participation. You'll gain encouragement from seeing others work through similar troubles, and see your relationship more clearly by seeing the same patterns in other couples.
