Hold Me Tight: Conversation for Connection

Hold Me Tight is a weekend course for couples struggling with connection and relational closeness. This group consists of 8 conversations from Sue Johnson's book Hold Me Tight. Over the weekend couples will watch videos, participate in group discussions, and complete in class exercises intended on helping couples view distress in relationships as a loss of secure emotion patterns and how the negative interaction(s) which follow, reflect this perpetual loss. Classes can be scheduled individually as well if the group setting is overwhelming.
