Anxiety and Depression co-ed High School and Young Adult Group: Is it difficult to be yourself around others because of the interfering thoughts running through your head? Do you sometimes feel isolated and alone and that you are the only one struggling with anxiety and or depression- which gets in the way of building friendships with others and living your life in the way you want? Middle School Group: "Girl Talk"
Middle School Girls Group: This group is a processing group for middle school girls (grades 6th - 8th) focusing on the issues facing young girls as they navigate social relationships, self esteem, peer pressure, body image, and managing their emotions. A therapeutic group acknowledges they are not alone and helps develop coping skills and social confidence from sharing their insights and learning from others in a safe and inclusive group environment.
