The Healthy Relationships group is an interactive deep dive into intra-and inter-personal factors that contribute to effective relationships. Participants will explore relational patterns, red flags, and tools for interpersonal effectiveness. Topics discussed include self-love, healthy boundaries, assertive communication, and mate selection.
