Healing Trauma through Art Therapy

This is an 8-wk course using Art Therapy to explore how trauma has affected your life. We will start with the Trauma Egg, the Pool of Pain, the mask we wear, how to weave the experiences into a new design ending with creating a beautiful egg honoring ourselves. This form of expression will allow you to have a voice to your pain. This is a small group (6) and meant to be a starting point for your healing. All supplies are provided including a journal.
