Healing Performances

I am creating a supportive group where individuals can develop autobiographical therapeutic performances. Personal therapeutic performances can be a wonderful way to be heard, witnessed, and to transform aspects of our lives. No performance experience necessary. This work is great for writers, actors, creative types, and those who want to delve into a process which allows for a fuller and healthier way to view events and obstacles in their lives, leading to more empowerment.
