Healing Healthcare Workers
After an unpredictable 2020, this group aims to mitigate the magnitude of psychological distress for hospital staff during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, fear of infection, frustration, physical exhaustion, inadequate personal protective equipment (PPE) and patient deaths from COVID-19 have had a substantial impact on healthcare workers. This group provides a safe place to heal from months of social distancing, mandatory lockdowns, isolations periods, loss of income and fear of the future. Find resilience and peace after this momentous year.

In a supportive, caring environment, participants share their vulnerability, courage and authenticity leading to growth, self-acceptance and greater intimacy in relationships.
