Healing Circles - Evening Group (Women)
The Healing Circle is a small intimate virtual group consisting of 6 - 10 women. It is a space for trauma survivors to feel safe, be heard & understood; to discuss and learn more about the impact that trauma has had. What is included: 1. Expert education around topics related to trauma healing 2. Tangible & practical steps to heal 3. Guidesheets to work at your own pace, 4. Tools for a deeper healing journey 5. Challenges to grow & change 6. Q&A. 7. Monthly fee includes two 90 minute groups and two 30 minute sessions with Brenda. Day & evening groups available
