Harm Reduction Psychotherapy Group

This is a mixed goals group for individuals seeking to improve their relationship with substances. Members may be seeking abstinence, reducing use, or considering ways to use more safely. Benefits of the group include greater insight into one's own thoughts and feelings about substance and related issues, learning from the experience of others, better management of painful feelings, and increased social connectedness. The group will be remote with the option to go in person in the near future.
