Group Psychotherapy for Trauma Disorders

This group is for individuals who have been diagnosed with trauma or dissociative disorders and are looking for a process group to supplement individual treatment. Individuals in this group generally already have a foundation of symptom management skills. The focus is on trauma recovery. Common issues include the following: dissociation and PTSD symptoms, feeling alone, significant-other relationship issues, trust and interpersonal connectedness, shame, reconnecting and re-establishing meaning.
