Grounding with Gratitude (Ecotherapy)

Our Grounding with Gratitude groups meet once a month, on a Saturday morning from 9-10am at Jacobsburg Park. This group consists of gentle stretching, meditation, and journaling. We encourage you to take a much needed break from our busy lives and embrace all the beautiful healing qualities that nature has to offer- from the sunshine to the breeze and the sounds of birds chirping, you will have the ability to feel renewed and take that calm with you throughout the rest of your day. You may register through Visionistas. I also offer Ecotherapy services in 1:1 sessions, for families, and as business retreats.
