Being in community, either in an ongoing group, or in ritual space, is a powerful way to feel less alone in grief, and learn from the wisdom of others. Sometimes we feel totally alone in our struggle only to find that so many others in the circle feel the same way, too. People in our lives often serve as mirrors, reflecting to us the myriad facets of ourselves. Together, we learn skills, guided meditations, movement, and expressive arts activities, using the power of the collective to heal more quickly than doing so alone.

For some of us, there are moments where our lives change forever, and we have no choice or say in the matter. Losing a loved one in a traumatic and unexpected way is one of these moments. This group is here for you to process your loss and honor your loved one in a welcoming, inviting space, with the help of some psychoeducation, writing, art, and group sharing, to help you move across the threshold into this forever changed identity.
