Glow Up Group Group Therapy
Do you struggle with feeling good enough? Many women carry the weight of past hurts and negative self-beliefs. Those hurts and beliefs impact the way they show up in their daily lives making it difficult to reach goals. This supportive group is designed to create a safe space for you to heal from low self-esteem, low self-worth, and the impact of past trauma. Take a step to “heal your thoughts.” Groups can be attended in person or virtually. Sessions are held Fridays 4:30pm to 6:00pm. Individuals living in Georgia, Kentucky, or Virginia may participate.

Narcissist Recovery
Have you been in a relationship with someone (romantic partner, parent, sibling, boss, etc.), who was overly critical, controlling, or dismissive of your feelings? Led by a trained therapist, this group will provide a space to: share your experiences and feelings, learn about narcissistic abuse dynamics and how they can impact your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop coping skills, empower yourself, rebuild your self-esteem and confidence and receive support from peers that are also recovering from narcissistic abuse.

Felt Therapy Teen Support Group
This group is a safe and confidential space where you can connect with other teens facing similar challenges, like: School stress and academic pressure, family conflicts and communication issues, social anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and managing emotions. Led by a licensed therapist, our group sessions will help you: Develop healthy coping mechanisms to deal with stress and everyday challenges. Learn effective communication skills to build stronger relationships with friends and family. Gain confidence and self-acceptance to navigate the ups and downs of adolescence. Attendance is $35 per session.
