Gloom to Bloom ( Virtual Grief Support Group)

Gloom to Bloom is a virtual grief group, exclusively for 25 and up, designed to provide therapeutic support for those navigating the complexities of grief and honoring the memories of lost loved ones. Our group will provide a safe and supportive environment where you can navigate your grief journey with understanding and compassion. This group will meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday. These 8 group sessions are designed to help individuals therapeutically express grief and celebrate the memories of lost loved ones. Each session will target discussions related to grief, learning skills, and building resilience with support from group peers.
