Girl Let's Just Talk / Women's Empowerment Group

A support group where women can get things off their chest, let some things go, heal, and grow. This group is designed to focus on all aspects of one’s healing journey. This is a safe place where women can heal from past or current relationships, family problems, negative self-image, low self-esteem, etc. This group is for all women, regardless of ethnicity, orientation, or spirituality. Some topics include self-love, self-reflections, harboring grudges, love language, and positive talk. This is an excellent place for women to let everything go, release, and process!
