Generalized Anger Program (GAP)
The GAP group program is a 24 session cognitive-behavioral group which focuses on teaching conflict resolutions skills, relaxation methods, changing self-defeating/maladative thoughts and consciousness raising regarding non-aggressive attitudes, values, and beliefs. The program involves active practice in skill development. Groups typically have between 6 to 8 members and meet for two hours, once per week.

Alternatives & Treatment for Abusive Men (ATAM)
The ATAM Program is a specialzed State Certified domestic violence group for men based on over 30 years of experience. The group is a fourteen month, 44-session program that offers a focus on accountability, power and control, social skills and conflict resolution development,followed by work on issues of shame,dependency,and genuine empathy as mechanism for learning equality and non-violent relationship behavior. The groups are on-going throughout the year. They typically have between 6 to 8 members.

Substance Abuse and Addictive Behaviors (SAAB)
The SAAB Program is an intensive Outpatient substance abuse treatment program. The SAAB groups have three phases: Phase I: Orientation group - motivatinal and denial work, relationship building and goal setting. Phase II: building functional beliefs & Behaviors (20 weeks, meets multiple times/wk. Phase III: Maintaining beliefs and behaviors (20 weeks, meets multiple times/wk), including building community resources, improving interpersonal relationships,and monitoring goal directed behaviors. Group size varies between 6-10 participants. Sesssion duration is 2.5 hours.
