Gaslighting, Betrayal Trauma, Narcissistic Abuse
This group is focused on support for those who are healing from the trauma of betrayal, domestic or narcissistic abuse, or intimate partner violence (including violent communication). Members will support each other and I will facilitate the group discussion by offering a series of topics such as warning signs, violent vs. nonviolent communication, forms of manipulation, gaslighting, breaking the trauma bond, stages of recovery, and more topics as requested by members. The group meets virtually on the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:30pm, each 3rd Sunday at 5pm, and each 4th Wednesday at 6:30pm. Cost is $50.
