This pre & post-holiday women's group will build skills in nervous system regulation with holiday stress and family dynamics. Topics for sharing and connection will include family dynamics, voice, boundaries, relationships, women's value, power and sense of self. Homework will be important to this group experience. Adult women. Cost: $75 per group session plus $500 for 4-months access to the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), a music therapy to exercise the vagus nerve, the state require to feel calm, connected and safe.
